 I am a Business Coach and I work primarily with professional women in business who are passionate about growing a successful business.

As your thinking partner, I offer support, constructive feedback, motivation, focus and accountability in getting you to your goals. As your coach, my primary focus is to keep ‘YOU’ focused and on track, to create for you ‘work/life balance’ that will give you more time to do what is most important to you,… everyday!

WHAT IS A COACH?
A coach is someone who acts as your professional partner, who assists, motivates, challenges and supports you in achieving your goals. A coach is often the catalyst required to get things moving and in achieving the results you want. A coach also helps you see outside of what you think is possible to create a clear vision for your business and lifestyle and helps you stay focused on achieving it.

HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
I work with you through a process of identifying what is working well in your business and personal life and what needs improvement. We then strategise a plan to break down your goals into smaller more manageable chunks and begin the coaching journey step by step! As you get involved in your business, you may sometimes find it hard to see the wood for the trees… that’s where I help! I watch you from the outside to give you an outsiders view point.

My Coaching is for a minimum period of 3 months and the type of coaching I offer is:

Face to face
Telephone
Group ‘Business Success Program’- coming soon
Although I am based in Christchurch, I also provide coaching nationwide via telephone or skype.
MY COACHING STYLE
My coaching style is a combination of manager, mentor, personal trainer and sports coach, where I support, encourage and motivate you to help you BE YOUR BEST.

I use intuition along with a good listening ear to offer you constructive feedback. I will be your unreasonable friend who tells you how it is!!

My belief is that by coaching you this way, it will facilitate a positive change in your thinking to strengthen and replenish the roots of your business- YOU.
