Getting to know the woman behind the business: Sharing a few history highlights

I have listened to Venus members throughout New Zealand share what they feel is the philosophy of Venus: ‘Relationships first, business second’. I absolutely agree and I am inspired to hear the benefits and win/win’s that come from building strong relationships with your fellow members.
To help your group get to know you this week I’m inviting you to:
Share 1 – 3 highlights that have happened in your life. You’re welcome to share how they shaped you as a woman and/or how they have impacted your business journey/professional career decisions.
When I look at the referral process moving from KNOW > LIKE > TRUST > REFER, you can see that it really is about getting to know and like a woman first before trusting and then referring and connecting her. By sharing those important dates in your life at your next meeting your members will get to know you a little better, which will in turn help them to like, trust and in turn refer you.
