The Venus Clubs are a business referral community exclusively designed for women serious about growing their business and their networks. They are a cost effective marketing option for women running their own business, professional women or solo operators.

What are the Venus Clubs?
The Venus Clubs are full of passionate women who are committed to not only growing their business but helping you grow yours! We only allow one person per business category to join a club so you will have no competing businesses in your club.
Our philosophy is “Give and She shall receive”. If I give you referrals, you will give me referrals, and we both benefit as a result.
How does it work?
Every fortnight a group of up to 20 business women meet together for a one hour structured meeting. These meetings are facilitated by our regional Club Facilitators and are an opportunity for members to educate one another about their business, what makes them unique, what a great referral looks like.
Members over time, get to understand the businesses represented in the club and develop trust & confidence in the goods and services provided by the members.
During the fortnight, members are continually on the look out for business opportunities for every other member of their club. Members recommend the services of other members and these opportunities (referrals) are passed on.
What is Referral or Relationship Marketing?
Structured word of mouth marketing or relationship marketing is one of the most powerful and cost effective ways to develop new business. Personal referrals often result in quality repeat business.
People wanting to buy goods and services want to deal with someone who has been recommended by someone they know & trust.
Successful businesses have been “networking” for thousands of years. Venus Clubs simply puts structure and formality around a proven concept. When you join Venus Clubs you become a member of a powerful network of business professionals – women committed to making each other’s business more successful.
We understand that building successful, sustainable and mutually rewarding relationships in business takes time. The Venus Clubs main purpose is to support you to build lasting relationships with other club members, so that you will truly understand their business and they will truly understand yours. What Commitment do I need to make?
The more energy and time you put in to being an active member of the Venus Club the more benefits you will receive in return.
A membership works in a time frame not as a concession card. We have designed our membership this way so members commit to attending every fortnightly club meeting. We also ask that members have fortnightly one-on-one catch up’s over coffee with one other. It is through this level of commitment to build referral alliances within the club you belong to that will provide the greatest rewards in referrals for you.
How quickly can I expect to receive referrals?
Some members sign up and get their first referral at their first meeting. Other members sign up and get one referral in their 3 month membership. In our experience this depends on two key factors;
1) How active a member is with referring members and raving with women in their club in between meetings and
2) The type of business they are in. E.g. A graphic designer will receive more referrals than a real estate agent because of the cost per referral.
Over time the number of referrals, value wise normally evens out. The return on investment for members is more dependent on their level of commitment towards the club and their members.
