Join the Venus Facilitator Team, raise your business profile and develop key relationships and skills to support the growth of you and your business.

The Venus Facilitator Programme is your opportunity to be a part of a conscious value-led company supporting entrepreneurial and professional women throughout New Zealand.

The VFP provides the opportunity for successful businesswomen to become leaders in their community by facilitating their own Venus Club or ve.enterprise group.

The Venus Facilitator Programme enables you to:

Raise your public profile and visibility in the business community:

  • Become known for your skills, expertise and service as you lead your group
  • Contribute directly to the success of local businesswomen by bringing your energy and expertise to facilitating your group
  • Be the leader of your group and the point of contact for your members

Receive professional training

  • Quarterly training workshops where you get to develop your facilitation skills and build alliances with your regional facilitator team
  • Fortnightly support calls
  • Training and experience in facilitating groups throughout your facilitation term
  • Monthly conference calls teaching you about the Venus Way and referral marketing

Showcase yourself and your business:

  • 6 month Venus Club Membership

Venus Club

On acceptance into this programme you will receive induction training with the training and development manager and a club kit which includes all the equipment and promotional material needed to run your club. The Training and Development Manager will be your support contact and help you launch and grow your club along with Vanessa Davey, CEO.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The role of Club Facilitator fits a woman who:

  • Runs her own sucessful business
  • Has flexibility with her time - enabling her to run morning club meetings and be in contact with prospects and members during the day
  • Is well connected in her community – so she can invite women to attend her launch meeting
  • Is organised – giving her the tools to run a club well
  • Is sincerely passionate about women entrepreneurs and supporting them to be successful
  • Loves her town or area – giving her motivation to invite local businesswomen into the club
