Business Club for Women

Come on board the Venus Team as one of our Club Facilitators by joining our 6 month Venus Leadership Programme.

The Venus Leadership Programme is your opportunity to be a part of a conscious value-led company supporting entrepreneurial and professional women throughout New Zealand.

The VLP provides the opportunity for successful businesswomen to become leaders in their community by facilitating their own Venus Club. Join the 6 month Programme and you receive personal development, professional training and marketing.

This includes:

Raise your public profile and visibility in the business community:
• Within your club, the Venus network and the business community
• Become known for your skills, expertise and service
• Contribute directly to the success of local businesswomen

Receive personal development and professional training
• 3 training workshops with your regional facilitator team and team leader
• 4 coaching calls with a business coach

Venus Club

On acceptance into this programme you will receive induction training with your Regional Manager and a club kit which includes all the equipment and promotional material needed to run your club. Your regional manager will be your support contact and help you launch and grow your club.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The role of Club Facilitator fits a woman who:

  • Runs her own sucessful business
  • Has flexibility with her time - enabling her to run morning club meetings and be in contact with prospects and members during the day
  • Is well connected in her community – so she can invite women to attend her launch meeting
  • Is organised – giving her the tools to run a club well
  • Sincerely is passionate about women entrepreneurs and supporting them to be successful
  • Loves her town or area – giving her motivation to invite local businesswomen into the club
